Volkswagen released another modification of the Caddy PanAmericana

Not so long ago, we examined the Volkswagen Caddy model in detail, and today we will talk about another modification for off-road driving - the PanAmericana model. The PanAmericana is also part of the 5th generation Volkswagen range, but was designed with "difficult roads" in mind. Initially, the developers set out to make it possible to travel along the route "from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego" and comfortably cross half the globe from north to south. As a result, the development received the name - PanAmericana. The appearance of the car is branded, well recognizable. In the basic configuration, the car received LED lighting and 17-inch alloy wheels. There are several color solutions for the body - white, black, as well as "metallic" silver, blue and bronze. The car engine can be petrol (TSI 114 hp) or turbodiesel (TDI 102 or 122 hp). The car has a front-wheel drive with a 6 or 7 speed gearbox. The 4MOTION all-wheel drive build is only available with a 6-speed manual transmission. Both engines, whether diesel or petrol, are powered by Blue Motion technology and consume an average of 4.5 liters (TDI) to 5.7 liters (TSI) per 100 km. move. Thus, the CO2 emission rate will correspond to 119 to 133 g/km, which fully satisfies the Euro 6d environmental standards. Of course, the world in general and automakers in particular are relentlessly moving towards environmental friendliness, but there are still climatic zones for which petrol or diesel engines remain the best in terms of reliability. So this novelty has already found its connoisseurs and received the best reviews from customers.
