1. If the vehicle passes maintenance at informal service stations, these visits will not be recorded as a result of the check.
2. The type of report and the formatting of the document may differ from the examples in the service.
3. If there is no data on your car in the database, such an order will be canceled and the money will be returned to your balance.
4. If a full report has been ordered, but it does not contain information on repairs or maintenance, but only dates and runs, it means there is no information on service work in the database for this car. This cannot be a reason for canceling your order and returning the full or partial amount to the balance. Refrain from ordering this service if you do not agree with this statement.
5. Delays in terms can not be a reason to refuse service. But in case there will be a delay on your order, we will notify you in advance.
6. Orders for this service are accepted around the clock seven days a week. Orders are processed only on working days from 8:00 to 18:00. All public holidays and major religious holidays are also holidays.
